By accessing and using Tranzup's domestic shipping services in Pakistan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Tranzup provides domestic shipping and courier services across Pakistan. Our services include:

Package tracking and monitoring
Door-to-door delivery services
Business shipping solutions
Customer support and assistance

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Tranzup services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan
Not ship prohibited or restricted items
Pay all applicable fees and charges on time
Properly package items according to our guidelines

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment:

Illegal drugs and narcotics
Explosives, weapons, and ammunition
Hazardous materials and chemicals
Counterfeit goods and currency
Perishable items without proper authorization
Items violating Pakistan's import/export laws

5. Pricing and Payment

All shipping rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through approved payment methods. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges.

6. Liability and Insurance

Tranzup's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the actual value, whichever is less. Additional insurance coverage is available for valuable items. Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

7. Delivery Terms

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tranzup is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Package Inspection

Tranzup reserves the right to inspect any package to ensure compliance with our terms and applicable laws. Packages found to contain prohibited items will be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tranzup website, including logos, designs, text, and images, is the property of Tranzup and protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Tranzup services is also governed by our Privacy Notice. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Pakistan's data protection regulations.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with Pakistani law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

12. Termination

Tranzup reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
