How do I track my TranzUp shipment?
Use your tracking number on the TranzUp tracking page at tranzup.com/track. Enter the tracking ID to view live status updates from pickup to delivery.
How long does domestic shipping take in Pakistan?
Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on origin and destination. Express options can take 1-2 business days, and same-day delivery may be available in selected major cities.
Which cities does TranzUp deliver to?
TranzUp delivers across major Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Kot Addu, and many more destinations nationwide.
Can I schedule a pickup?
Yes. After booking a shipment, you can arrange pickup from the sender address subject to operational coverage and schedule. Ensure the package is packed and ready at the pickup time.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on eligible shipments. The declared COD amount can be collected from the receiver on delivery, and merchant settlements follow the applicable payout cycle.
How do I request a refund or cancellation?
Contact TranzUp support with your order/shipment and payment reference. Eligibility depends on service stage and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days after verification.
What items are prohibited from shipping?
Illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, and other restricted items cannot be shipped. Review the Shipping Policy for the full list of prohibited and restricted categories.
What should I do if my package is delayed, damaged, or missing?
Contact TranzUp customer support immediately with your tracking number and details. We will investigate using booking, scan, and delivery records and guide you on next steps.
